In this session we will discuss in detail about the basics of procurement automation and some common use cases that can be automated.

Robotic Process Automation (RPA) has become a buzzword these days and in some cases, robots are being lauded as the greatest disruptors of the procurement domain. While the hype is real, very few organizations have gone into granular details in defining procurement automation, identifying procurement processes for automation and understanding how to calculate a return on investment in automation.

We will do a live demo of 2 Procurement automation scenarios and walk you through other common procurement use cases that can be easily automated. We will also discuss how certain key procurement metrics such as compliance, lead time, efficiency, visibility, productivity and data integrity are impacted by automation.
