The Indian IT product company trains students on Robotic Process Automation
Bengaluru – August 26, 2019: EdgeVerve Systems in association with Department of Computer Science, CHRIST (Deemed to be University) recently organized The Big Bot League 3 at the CHRIST campus. More than 450 students from different colleges across Bengaluru participated in the event. The students were give hands-on training on the AssistEdge Community Edition – a free trial version of AssistEdge Robotic Process Automation (RPA) platform. Post training, the students competed with each other to create the best bot.
The experts from EdgeVerve Systems Ltd shared industry experiences with participants followed by a boot camp to showcase the importance of automation with use case of RPA. A team of AssistEdge RPA professionals provided hands-on bot creation experience to all the participants. AssistEdge Community Edition comes with several tutorial videos and self-help guides to assist students and professionals to successfully setup and start automating in no time.
Enterprises in today’s digital-age are expanding geographies and growing at a fast pace with the help of Process Automation and AI. As we move forward on this digital transformation journey, it is imperative for all tech-product companies to educate and train the next-gen workforce at grass root level in India. The Big Bot League 3 gave students a unique opportunity to interact with process automation experts and the tool to create bots in just a few hours. The top teams with the best bots got prizes worth INR. 2 lakhs out of which the top 3 teams were from CHRIST (Deemed to be University) itself. 20 consolation prizes were also awarded to students.
