EdgeVerve end-to-end orchestration supports a broad set of orchestration patterns and use cases utilizing multiple automation technologies, including RPA, human-in-the-loop interactivity, manual tasks, APIs, and AI agents. It also supports messaging middleware and event brokers to support both straight through automation and complex long-running orchestrations. Orchestration runs on AI Next.
EdgeVerve offers business process automation capabilities, including workflow automation, case management, and forms automation. This is an emerging area for EdgeVerve with strong human-in-the-loop and task automation capabilities and use of RPA and AI agents for task automation. Human-in-the-loop is also enabled in the EdgeVerve AI Next copilot, which can receive and queue tasks when task completion requires interactivity between a worker and LLM to complete a task. This improves the efficiency of task execution.
EdgeVerve built AI Next on a component-based architecture presented as layers. The Neural Connect layer supports GenAI, AI agents, predictive AI, and document AI. The underlying Fabric layer focuses on orchestration, integration, data management, and data analytics. The upper layer includes conversational AI, RPA and workflow automation, performance dashboards, task and process mining, and performance dashboards.
AI Next has sophisticated capabilities with its performance dashboard, supporting continuous optimization that includes prediction-based recommendations and continuous health checks.
