Jasdeep leads Infosys’s Artificial Intelligence platform XtractEdge. A product leader with more than 22+ years of experience in developing enterprise products, he has led multiple products from idea to cash and has conceptualized key components for mission critical enterprise class products. Jasdeep is an expert in leading large-scale organizational change management, business transformation and technology initiatives. In his current role he is responsible for product strategy, product management, R&D and Expert services of XtractEdge.

Jasdeep is passionate about business agility and lean product development in organizations. He is an expert in Lean and Agile methodologies, a certified SAFe Program Consultant and a regular speaker at events. His current interest areas are industrializing AI in enterprises and improving speed of value delivery of AI in them and he is also part of NASSCOM’s Artificial Intelligence and Intelligent Automation Research Council.

Sukalp leads the global Intelligent Automation practice for GHD Digital, which delivers rapid digital transformation outcomes, primarily by developing and assimilating smart digital workers both within GHD and at their clients’ organizations.

Prior to this he has worked as CEO of Mindfields, a niche emerging technology services firm, where he helped numerous ASX50 organizations assess and successfully implement Intelligent Automation initiatives with the aim of reducing costs, creating workforce capacity and in some cases increasing revenue whilst managing risks. He is very passionate about Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Analytics and work towards finding fit-for-purpose and commercially viable applications of these technologies for my clients.

He has a good track record of being a trusted adviser to Australian CXOs and businesses over the last decade and more. Prior to joining Mindfields, he has held various positions in the management consulting practices of KPMG and EY Australia, where he spent considerable time helping over 70 clients solve complex business and IT problems. These included achieving operational excellence internally through technology and process transformation, or through IT and business process outsourcing, and through emerging technology initiatives like Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Analytics.

Besides work he likes to spend quality time with his family, read diverse books, pursue writing, watching sports and movies in his spare time.

Michael Sonsteng heads Infosys BPM’s Legal Practice Management division. Since 2013, he has been responsible for delivering Infosys LPM’s affordable, process driven legal services from hybrid global locations, powered by AI and other technologies. He previously managed delivery for another leading LPO out of Mumbai as well as the US. Prior to LPM/LPM, Michael was in private practice handling complex litigation, was a prosecutorial Assistant County Attorney, and an adjunct professor at two law schools.
