A panel of judges meticulously evaluate each of the nominations submitted by banks across regions before identifying the finalists. Infosys Finacle and two of its clients were recognized at the 20th edition of the awards ceremony held at London Marriott Hotel Grosvenor Square.
Best Use of IT in Retail Banking – Bank Rakyat Indonesia and Infosys Finacle were recognized for pioneering digital-first lending in Indonesia with BRI Pinang
Best Use of Emerging or Innovative Technology – Royal Bank of Scotland and Infosys Finacle were recognized for digitizing the KYC process with blockchain.
