Situation

A leading FS company wanted to embark on its automation journey through use of AssistEdge RPA for automating its operational processes.   • AssistEdge RPA Training for Developers and IT staff included 5 days of Classroom/Web Training that covered Automation Studio usage, customization using Code Editor, Microbots, and JavaScript. Additionally, the training also covered administrative aspects like Control Tower, monitoring Robots, Admin Module for User Management, Reporting and Troubleshooting.
  • Training Kit- The attendees received a Training Kit that contains Hand-outs (30+ decks covering details of Studio features), Videos (15+), Lab Guides for exercises (10+) for future references. Additionally, Automation Studio User Manual was also given to the trainees to give an in-depth understanding of the Automation Studio.

  • Over 30+ employees were trained and certified on AssistEdge. They were certified through the AssistEdge certification program.
  • They have currently been able to automate over 100 processes in less than a year.
