Driving Home the Value of SSOs in the APAC Region
Shard services and GBS are pursuing ambitious digital transformation initiatives throughout the APAC region. SSON Research and Analytics reports that three-quarters of APAC shared services and GBS confirm they are actively supporting the enterprise’s digital agenda. Additionally, more than 75% of APAC shared services and GBS are either already operating a center of excellence (COE) or planning to do so.
But how can shared services and GBS ensure they’re maturing their own operating models, while delivering on these initiatives? And, how can shared services and GBS ensure that the value it delivers to the business is communicated to the broader enterprise?

Currently, he is leading the digital transformation and the IT application portfolio, of an Indian real estate major.

Having been associated with IT industry for almost 2 decades, Malay is a seasoned Product Leader who led the end to end product strategy and execution to scale products to multi-million-dollar annual revenue at EdgeVerve. With his Deep expertise in AI enabled Process Discovery and Task Mining, RPA – Attended and Un-Attended Automations, Business Process Automation, he has guided product teams to bring about an exemplary product which brings solutions to day to day business problems being faced by large enterprises. Being exposed to all geographies and clients in various industry verticals, his insights on the product offering have brought about utility and benefits to the customers.
Outside office he spends his time bringing peace and happiness to fellow citizens by training them on yoga and meditation.
