Prior to Infosys, Rachel has worked in IT for 25+ years and worn many different hats throughout her career. Beginning her career as a programmer with JCPenney Business Services, then as Lead IVR Developer for Excel Communications, to being an EDS Consultant for several Telecommunication companies, as a Solution Architect for SigmaFlow, a Sales Engineer at Automation Anywhere, and now as a Solution Consultant with EdgeVerve. With a varied background across many different industries working with cutting-edge automation technologies, Rachel continues advocating for customers utilizing EdgeVerve’s best in class automation platform.
