Guha is the Senior Director, Product Management for the AssistEdge Platform with a specific focus on Intelligent Automation & Ecosystem development. He is responsible for enabling AssistEdge to play a more strategic role in enterprise automation, while driving innovation through a marketplace construct.

He has over 20 years of experience in business consulting, technology, and entrepreneurship. In his prior roles, he has driven large transformational programs, built a cyber-consulting practice and developed an AI platform for intelligent process validation. He has worked in the space of public policy formulation and engaged with governments, industry associations, and think tanks, including the World Economic Forum and Data Security Council of India.

He is passionate about driving business transformation using data, cloud architectures, and agile thinking. Guha studied engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology Madras, followed by an MBA at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.

Abhay has over 20 years of experience in the outsourcing industry and leads Sales and Client Services for Infosys BPM in the APAC region. He is also part of the Board of Infosys Portland, a leading procurement and supply chain services firm. Abhay has worked with senior client executives across geographies and industries in the UK, North America, and Asia-Pacific to draw out their outsourcing roadmaps, with both cost-side and revenue-side solutions now increasingly focused on the interplay of digital with traditional operations.

His areas of expertise span business development, delivery, solution design, project management, and new program/ service implementation across the telecom, media, and entertainment, retail and catalog, and technology industries. He started his career in a front-line sales role in the FMCG industry before moving to strategy and general management roles in one of India’s largest media houses.

With close to 20 years of experience in transforming organizations by leveraging a range of digital and emerging technology solutions, Sukalp is the Global Practice Director of Intelligent Automation at GHD Digital. He has a strong digital mindset and a penchant for effective execution through collaborative leadership.

In developing GHD Digital’s global Intelligent Automation Practice, Sukalp is establishing a team to target clients in asset-intensive industries with value-added sector-specific automation solutions. Successfully leading this team, he wishes to deliver rapid digital transformation outcomes by developing and assimilating digital workers, both within GHD and at our clients’ organizations.

Sukalp is passionate about emerging digital technologies, including robotic process automation, cognitive and machine learning, chatbot analytics, and wider Artificial Intelligence. He was most recently the CEO at Mindfields Australia and New Zealand and has worked for EY, KPMG, and Oracle.

In his association with Mindfields, Sukalp helped numerous Australian organizations (including existing GHD clients like FMG and Water Corporation) assess and successfully implement Intelligent Automation solutions with the aim of reducing costs, creating workforce capacity, and in some cases increasing revenue while managing risks. In addition to his technology focus spanning across the Digital technology spectrum, he helped launch several productized services in the Automation space, including setting up successful Automation Centres of Excellence (CoEs) for many Australian and global organizations.
