Reimagining Business in the New Reality
Description:

We are operating in a “new reality.” While digital transformation has been the corporate buzzword for many years now, but it has largely been a piecemeal approach driven by certain functions within the organization. Enterprises worldwide have been shaken to their core over the last few months and are now trying to fast-track digital transformation to build business resilience.

Many business possibilities that were inconceivable only a few years back is now possible twofold. As the digital revolution takes shape, AI & Automation are at the center and bound to become indispensable, accelerating innovation, scale, and growth in endless ways. AI & Automation technologies have come a long way and are fast becoming the essence that is enabling transformation in unpredictable ways.

For large businesses, today’s Intelligent Automation will reach its full potential only when it reaches full scale. Human-Machine interaction is the cornerstone of driving this at scale. Automation is a uniting technology – bringing human and digital workers together in the same workflow. Today, workflow has replaced the workplace as co-ordination technology. And it comes at a perfect time when workers are more separate than ever before and more in need of being connected. We need a “Connected Automation.”

Enterprise Resilience and Beyond
Speaker: Mohit Joshi, President, Infosys
Description:

The pandemic has fundamentally altered the way we live, breathe, and work. Immense financial and operational challenges were clearly visible during these trying times. While we see a growth in digital transformation programs, most organizations have focused on optimizing their processes with only just incremental gains. Enterprises need to look at strategies that aim to steer away from conventional methods and take bigger risks for the future.

Technology is at the core of this massive shift in strategies with AI & Automation leading the way forward. Both these disruptive technologies are bringing together human and digital workers in the same workflow like never before.

As we look ahead to 2022, we are also looking at a world with unimaginable possibilities and the people, means, and tools to achieve the greatest of dreams. The air of optimism and anticipation is back.
