Sateesh Seetharamiah is a Whole-time Director at EdgeVerve. He is the CEO and Global Head, Edge Products. A leader with entrepreneurial, management consulting, operational and IT leadership experience spanning over 25 years. He is a strong believer in the immense potential AI and Automation have in transforming enterprises of the future. Sateesh is one of the founding members of EdgeVerve and comes with rich experience in the product and platforms domain. Being a passionate technologist, Sateesh has been instrumental in establishing many foundational technology capabilities that drive todays EdgeVerve strategy.

With deep roots in supply chain, he was one of the pioneers of Internet of Things (IoT) in its early days, went onto establish a lab at MIT focused on defining communication standards and use cases that eventually became household applications. A well-regarded thought leader in the intelligent automation space, Sateesh conceptualized and championed ‘Process Discovery’, a novel concept that uncovers efficiency opportunities for enterprises and humans alike.

Before joining Infosys, Sateesh held various senior management positions consulting for fortune 500 CPG, HealthCare, Retail, Automotive and Logistics companies in North America and Europe. Sateesh has also been active in the start-up community with a few of his own start-up stints in the software and RFID arena. As Director at Brambles limited, Sateesh led the intelligent asset tracking strategy aimed at providing end to end supply chain visibility. He was also part of the advisory councils for many supply chain product firms including SAP, i2 and Manugistics.

Sateesh holds a master’s degree in Biomedicine from New Jersey Institute of Technology, research credentials from Robert Wood Johnson Medical School (New Jersey) and a bachelor in Instrumentation Technology from University of Mysore. Sateesh is a classical Violinist passionately working for the cause of fine arts and is also a marathoner.

Sajit is the Chief Executive Officer, Infosys Finacle, Infosys’s digital banking product unit.

Sajit brings a wealth of experience in technology-led business transformations, having been in the industry for over 27 years. With a deep understanding of the global banking and finance domains, he operates at the intersection of technology, banking, and customer value.

In his role, Sajit drives the Finacle business globally, leading multicultural teams to develop and deliver solutions that help banks engage, innovate, operate, and transform better. He is at the forefront of the company’s growth and initiatives to drive digital transformation for banks, at speed and scale.

With his rich insights, Sajit engages leaders in the banking and technology space in shaping conversations about the future of banking. His contributions have been featured in leading media publications globally.

Previously, Sajit served as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Finacle, where he was responsible for guiding product management, architecture, engineering, and delivery units globally.

Throughout his 24-year tenure at Infosys, Sajit has undertaken a variety of roles, encompassing consulting, global delivery, and customer engagement functions in the US, UK, and India. His experience in orchestrating package-enabled business transformations for Fortune 500 companies globally highlights his proficiency in leveraging technology to drive business growth.

Before joining Infosys, Sajit worked with ICICI Securities, a joint venture between ICICI Limited and JP Morgan. Sajit is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Cost Accountant from the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India. He has also completed the executive certification program at the Graduate Business School at Stanford.

Inderpreet is the Chief Legal Officer and Chief Compliance Officer of Infosys. In this role she leads the legal and compliance function for the Company. She is a strategic business partner ensuring success for Infosys in legal and regulatory matters, while spearheading its compliance and ethics program. Inderpreet also has additional responsibility for Privacy and Data Protection at Infosys.

Inderpreet is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience, including as General Counsel of a large IT services company, and as Managing Partner of a mid-sized law firm in Silicon Valley. She serves on the Board of Directors of NYSE listed Hillenbrand Inc. and is a member of the National Advisory Council of SABANA (South Asian Bar Association of North America).

She was an honoree at the 2017 Transformative Leadership Awards, recognizing General Counsel who demonstrate commitment to advancing women in law. She is also a recipient of the Thought Leadership Award at the 2018 Global Transformative Leadership Awards and was featured among the top 25 Women Leaders in IT Services of 2020, published by The IT Services Report.

She is a frequent speaker at global conferences.

Inderpreet has a BA (Hons.) and LL.B. degree from Delhi University and an LL.M. from Queen’s University, Kingston, Canada.

Dennis is the Global Head of Banking & Financial Services at Infosys.

Dennis’ area of expertise is in Digital Transformation, where he brings significant experience in driving innovation at the intersection of business and technology. He brings experience across many business competencies, including sales, strategy, consulting, marketing and local leadership. He is a strong advocate for diversity and inclusion.

Dennis specializes in leveraging power of technology to address challenges facing the financial services industry in areas such as experience transformation, core modernization, product innovation, AI & automation and efficient operations. His personal network includes a wide ecosystem of experts, start-ups and established industry players and he collaborates with this community to bring cutting-edge technology to enterprises to drive new products, services, and experiences.

Dennis is a truly global citizen, having lived and worked in APAC, Europe and USA where he currently resides in Charlotte, NC. He has a natural interest in culture, change and collaboration and has played an active role in the local communities in which he has lived. Prior to joining Infosys, Dennis has worked at Accenture and PWC.

Karmesh is a Director at EdgeVerve. He is also the Executive VP and Global Head for Retail, Consumer & Logistics at Infosys. With over 25 years of experience, Karmesh is a customer-centric, values-driven, industry partner and leader. His expertise includes strategizing, architecting, and delivering technology-enabled business performance improvements for Fortune 500 Enterprises.

Arvind Rao is the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Edge Platforms.

Arvind has significant experience leading globally distributed product teams through the entire software development lifecycle for various large-scale, mission-critical products.

Prior to joining EdgeVerve, he was the chief architect of e2open for over two decades. He began his journey with e2open during its early years in the US, followed by Zyme Solutions in India, and back at e2open after they acquired Zyme.

Arvind has also worked briefly for Telus Mobility (Toronto) as an Enterprise Architect leading their Enterprise Architecture initiatives. He started his professional journey with DSET Corporation, NJ, a start-up focused on Telecom Network Management tools and applications.

Arvind holds a BE (Comp Science) from Bangalore University and an MS (Computer Science) from the University of Kentucky.

Praveen Kombial Is the Global Sales Head at EdgeVerve, an Infosys company managing relationships, alliances, solution consulting and customer success. His mandate is to leverage the EdgeVerve product lines of Automation, Digitization, Artificial Intelligence and Supply chain Networks to drive a digital transformation agenda with Global 2K companies.

Prior to Infosys, Praveen spent many years at GE Capital and GE Money in India and did a gamut of functions and roles across Retail and Commercial Finance and Risk management.

The Digital and AI industry is at the cusp of building scale and Praveen and his team are involved in solving for Scale connected automation, multi enterprise networks, SaaS platforms and all such aspects that truly help build a Connected Enterprise.

With his background across core Industry domains and the evolving cutting edge technology landscape, Praveen is on the forefront of driving change and brings a practitioner’s view to translate concepts to reality.

Shashidhar is an accomplished executive with over 24 years of experience in the software Industry. He is currently the Global Head – Services & Customer Success – Edge Platforms. He is one of the founding members of EdgeVerve and comes with rich experience in the product and platforms domain. He was part of core team that conceptualized and setup EdgeVerve as product subsidiary of Infosys. He has played key roles across Technology, Client Engagement and Functional leadership at Infosys.

He is passionate about Strategy and Business Transformation. He has played stellar roles in architecting transformations in Engineering Business, subsequently during formative stages of Products & Platforms business at Infosys. More recently, as Head of Strategy and Operations for Edge Portfolio, he has been instrumental in transformation of EdgeVerve through continuous sharpening of EdgeVerve portfolio strategy.

He is a University Gold Medalist in Engineering and an MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore.

Swaminathan is the Head of Engineering – AI Next. He is responsible for strategy and development of the AI Next platform and products for EdgeVerve. A technologist and problem solver at heart, Swaminathan loves exploring how emerging technology can help clients to embrace change and continue to improve their business goals. Swaminathan is a BE in Computer Engineering and has over 24 years of professional experience. He comes with a strong product background and was involved in research, development and implementation of cutting edge products and solutions in AIOps, Big Data, Text Analytics and Data Masking.

Kunal is the Global Platform Head – AI Next Supply Chain. Kunal has vast professional experience in product management, strategy and business process consulting in supply chain and ecommerce across multiple industries. Over his 25 year career, Kunal has worked closely with leading clients to ensure realization of business value from their investments in technology. He has led digital transformation initiatives for multiple Global 2000 enterprises across the retail, CPG, high-tech, manufacturing, telecommunications, and media sectors. Passionate about creating exponential growth, Kunal brings a unique blend of focus on innovation, customer experience and operational efficiency.

Kunal also engages actively with the analyst community to define and distil new industry trends and speaks at industry events to share insights and case studies of client successes. Naveen Malhotra is the Senior Director and Head Marketing for the Edge product portfolio (AI & Automation).

Naveen is a passionate marketing leader, bringing with him over 3 decades of experience in sales, marketing, and product management functions in B2C and B2B. He has managed key portfolios at Eicher (Royal Enfield), Satyam, Foton, and Mahindra, where he was involved in transforming brands and developing market entry, distribution, & product strategies. He has managed P&L, involved in business transformation, managed large-scale process reengineering programs, and successfully handled organization-wide change management initiatives.
