A panel of judges meticulously evaluate each of the nominations submitted by banks across regions before identifying the finalists. Infosys Finacle and four of its clients were recognized at the 21st edition of the awards program. The event was streamed virtually.

- Best Use of IT in Corporate Banking – Bank of the West BNP Paribas was recognized for transforming its Treasury Management platform with Finacle Digital Engagement Suite and Finacle Payments solution.
- Best Use of IT in Retail Banking – Emirates NBD Liv. digital bank was recognized for driving a compelling digital-only proposition leveraging the Finacle Core Banking solution.
- Best Tech Overhaul – DBS Bank was recognized for transforming its core banking system in its Hong Kong operations by partnering with Infosys Finacle.
- Best Open Banking Solution – Infosys Finacle Digital Banking Suite was recognized for its solution capabilities that enables banks to effectively leverage open APIs to deliver new client-facing products and services, while adhering to the highest compliance standards.
