Moments are where judgment enters. The best platforms surface the real decision – with evidence – at the right time, in the right person’s workflow. And when humans intervene, their feedback doesn’t vanish into a black hole. It’s captured and fed back into the system to improve future runs.
In short, the platform isn’t replacing humans. It’s preparing them by clearing away the noise and delivering only what truly needs their attention.

Capture that as policy logic, skill triggers, and escalation thresholds. Build software that learns from people, not bypasses them.
- Step 3: Put governance inside the workflow. Don’t wrap it around the system; embed it. If someone asks how a decision was made, the trail should be visible in a few clicks. If confidence is low, the task should land with the right person right away. When a rule changes, it should be versioned and easy to see. Good governance isn’t red tape – it’s the infrastructure that allows faster, safer releases.
- Step 4: Scale through reuse. Once a flow is running well, reuse the connectors, orchestration, and controls in a related flow. Claims-to-cash shares building blocks with customer service. Order-to-delivery with returns and replenishment. Reuse is how you scale impact without multiplying complexity.
