Dashboard

A dashboard is a collection of visualizations, typically in real-time. Dashboards provide at-a-glance insights into your data and enable you to drill down into details. To access dashboards, the default (rpa-trans-*) index pattern should be added to retrieve all the operational data from the transaction store. AE RPA dashboards are grouping of the out of box default reports. 

 

Prerequisite

Logged in user role should have relevant permission to edit the dashboard. For more information about the role access, see Specify Role Access section in the Administrator module.

 

Accessing Dashboard 

To access the dashboard page:

• Navigate to Reports tab > Dashboard.

 

The Dashboard page is displayed.

 

By default, the Dashboards page displays 20 dashboards. However, if you have more than 20 dashboards, update this number to match the total number of dashboards uploaded, else, some of the dashboards does not display on the Dashboards page.

 

NOTE:

The dashboards that do not display on the Dashboards page are still searchable.

 

To update the default number of Dashboards:

1. Navigate to Reporting > Stack Management > Advanced Settings.
2. Updated the Objects per page value to match with the total number of dashboards uploaded. The recommended value is 100.
   
   

 

• Click the preferred dashboard to view the corresponding operational insights.

NOTE:

You can edit or customize the Dashboard and reports as per preference in case you possess the relevant access.
