Default Role Access to Reporting Tabs and Dashboards

The table lists the predefined roles access for particular roles  in the Reporting Tabs and Dashboards.


Roles

Access

super_admin

By default <super_admin> role user can access all the tabs and dashboards of reporting such as:

 Reporting Tabs:

·       Discover

·       Management

·       Visualize

·       Dashboards

Dashboards:

·       Automation Summary Dashboard

·       Robot Performance Dashboard

·       Transaction Execution Dashboard

·       Transaction Validation Dashboard

admin

By default <admin> role user can access all the tabs and dashboards of reporting such as:

 Reporting Tabs:

·       Discover

·       Management

·       Visualize

·       Dashboards

Dashboards:

·       Automation Summary Dashboard

·       Robot Performance Dashboard

·       Transaction Execution Dashboard

·       Transaction Validation Dashboard

rpaitadmin

By default <rpaitadmin> role user can access following tabs of reporting:

 Reporting Tabs:

·       Discover

·       Management

rpaprocowner

By default <rpaprocowner> role user can access following tabs and all the dashboards of reporting:

 Reporting Tabs:

·       Visualize

·       Dashboard

Dashboards:

·       Automation Summary Dashboard

·       Robot Performance Dashboard

·       Transaction Execution Dashboard

·       Transaction Validation Dashboard

virtualuser

By default <virtualuser> role user will not have access to any tabs or dashboards. <super_admin> role user should configure the tabs and dashboard access for <virtualuser>role  in the Kibana.yml.

 

NOTE:  

By default, if any new role is added to AE RPA; Reporting Tabs and Dashboards will not be visible or accessible.
