Prerequisites

Before proceeding, ensure to perform the following:

  • Register your Microsoft Office 365 application in Azure Active Directory and add the Service URL to the application with an option to create a sign-in process or a non sign-in process. For more information, see Prerequisites section in OAuth Activity.
  • Ensure to configure Office 365 application inside the Application Activity in the Automation Studio. For more information about Configure Office 365 application , see Prerequisites section in OAuth Activity.
  • Ensure that you have a working OAuth process to receive the access token in the Automation Studio. For more information to get the token, see OAuth Activity.

NOTE:  

For using Office 365 activities, the selected Modern Authentication Type scope should be as per the selected activity.
