Entity Hierarchy Management between AssistEdge Admin Module and AE LowCode Orchestrator

The users for LowCode Orchestrator are created in AssistEdge Admin module. Later, these users are synched to the LowCode Orchestrator. This is done via the User Management plugin of LowCode Orchestrator.

 

Similarly, the entity hierarchy data flows from AE Admin module to AE LowCode Orchestrator and get associated with users as per the mapping shown below.

Important Points

  • AE LowCode orchestrator organization is always mapped to the topmost entity hierarchy value associated with the profile.
  • AE LowCode orchestrator department is mapped to the last sub-entity hierarchy mapped to the profile.
  • AE LowCode orchestrator sub-department is mapped to AE profile.

 

The above mapping is synced by the user management plugin based on the syncing schedule defined in user management plugin setup.

User Journey for AE LowCode Orchestrator Designer and Users

  1. AE LowCode Orchestrator Designers and Users access Admin module.
  2. AE LowCode Orchestrator Designers and Users log in with AssistEdge credentials.

  1. AE LowCode Orchestrator Designers and Users click the Low Code Orchestrator button and gets redirected to AE LowCode Orchestrator App Center.

License Management for AssistEdge LowCode Orchestrator

To apply and view license allocation for AssistEdge LowCode Orchestrator, we provide a default app which is accessible to only Admin users.

 

This License Manager App can be accessed from App Center, as shown below:

Admin user needs click on it access the license page, in the license manager app provides two sections:

 

Section 1: License Input

License input section list all the system keys for each node with IP address and date created information.

If it is cluster environment with multiple nodes, then all nodes will be listed on this section. Admin can click on highlighted pencil sign to add the license key as shown below:

Section 2: Current Node Details

This section provides details of license applied on the node connected with that URL, incase of multi-node environment admin will have to try access direct URL of that node to get the license details.

NOTE:  

If you have applied new license then it takes around 40-60 seconds for new license details to reflect in this section.
