Logging into the Admin Module

The admin link that you obtain after installing RPA routes you to the landing page of the Admin Module. You can log into RPA Admin Module using the super admin’s username and password set during installation.


If the status of user is active over Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) only then, you can login using your username and password entered while installation. 
 

CAUTION:
  • Ensure that the server-side license is installed, and AE Site is running. For more information about uploading license while installation, see Installation Guide.
  • If you do not have license installed, the login fails with the license error.

 

 

To log into the Admin portal:

  1. Open the Admin module link in the web browser. For more information about Admin Module Link, see AE-RPA-Engage- Installation Guide. 
  2. In the Username field, enter the name of user.
  3. In the Password field, enter the password.
  4. Click SIGN IN.
    • In case of successful login, a message appears as Login Success. Redirecting ….on the page and then, RPA Admin module UI page opens.
    • In case of invalid credentials or any other issue while login, a message appears as Error Logging In on the page.
