Infosys Finacle and United Bank for Africa won “Best cloud based initiative” at the Asian Banker awards

Infosys Finacle’s core banking transformation on the cloud for United Bank for Africa has been recognized as a winner at the Asian Banker Awards 2018 for West Africa. The Asian Banker West Africa Country Awards Programme, is refereed by prominent global bankers and is the most prestigious awards program in West Africa. For its operations in New York, United Bank for Africa upgraded its technology platform onto Finacle core and treasury solutions on the cloud. This helped decrease the total cost of ownership and reduced the overall time for implementation.

Infosys Finacle wins at Banker Middle East Awards

Infosys Finacle was awarded the title ‘Best Digital Banking Technology’ at the CPI Financials Banker Middle East Awards 2018.

Based on the ongoing digital transformation projects with Emirates NBD, Al Ahli Bank Kuwait (ABK), RAK Bank, Bank Dhofar among others in the region, Finacle was recognized as a promising technology provider and was adjudged a winner in the category.

Infosys Finacle wins at Banker East Africa Awards

At the Banker East Africa Awards 2018 in Nairobi, Kenya, Finacle went on to bag the title as ‘The Most Innovative Technology Provider.’

Infosys Finacle was adjudged winner for this category based on the work in blockchain, AI, and various initiatives with regional banks where we have implemented some of our more recent solutions like the Mobile Teller, OCH and Direct Banking.
