We offer three category of Product support packages to our clients –

Silver Package Gold Package Platinum Package
  • Support provided using a ticketing portal.
  • It covers – Patch upgrades and Hot fixes and minor releases of the product.
  • Support is provided 9×5 India business hours and AMC cost is 18% of the License fees.
  • 3 named users are eligible to raise the tickets.
  • Everything covered in Silver package + Major upgrades.
  • Support is provided 24×5 and on call support for P1 tickets.
  • The AMC cost is 20% of the License fees.
  • 6 named users are allowed to raise the tickets.
  • Everything covered in Gold package + Support hours 24×7 on email and on call for P1 tickets.
  • The AMC cost is 22% of the License fees.
  • 10 named users are allowed to raise the tickets or interact with the Product support team.

These services are applicable to both offerings – On Premise products & Cloud products.
