Rajashekara V. Maiya

Associate Vice President and Head- Product Strategy, Infosys Finacle

Rajashekara Maiya is responsible for charting the product strategy of Finacle, the flagship banking solution of Infosys. This role includes responsibility for, defining the detailed product roadmap, Strategic acquisition & alliance partner identification & management, client engagement and representation of the company with external stakeholders such as analysts and media. Maiya specialises in risk management, regulations and compliance and has been quoted onthese and other topics in publications such as Forbes, The Banker, Banking Technology and the Economic Times. He is also visiting faculty to many universities, and speaks regularly at SIBOS, Asian Banker, MEED and others. He is on the expert panel of the McKinsey Quarterly, a member of the XBRL Abstract Modelling Task Force (AMTF) Group and is an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He holds patents and pending patent granting in areas such as partner portals, delivery channels, offline banking and customer experience. Prior to joining Infosys in 1997 Maiya was an audit manager within an accountancy practice. He holds a master’s degree in commerce, specialising in banking, costing and taxation.

Ethan Wang

Product Manager, Finacle Product Strategy, Infosys

Ethan Wang has over 15 years of experience in information technology and banking. He works with the Finacle Product Strategy Team, based in Singapore. His primary focus is thought-leadership collaboration and product innovation – including digitalization, Fintech ecosystem and new technology/business-model trends especially in APAC region. Prior to joining Infosys, Ethan was a Research Director from Gartner’s global banking advisory team. He was also a wealthmanagement banker at HSBC and held a variety of senior consulting roles at IBM.

Wai Leong, Khong

Sales Leader, DevOps, IBM Cloud, ASEAN

Wai Leong is currently the ASEAN Sales Leader for IBM Cloud Software DevOps portfolio. He works with clients to explore and recommend solutions for application modernisation, DevOps and private cloud deployment. Prior to the current appointment, he was leading sales for IBM PureApplication, an on-prem cloud solution. He has spent more than 18 years in IT. Prior to re-joining IBM in 2011, he was the Asia Pacific solution manager for HP, with key responsibilities of managing the service delivery solution portfolio and driving strategic initiatives in the region. In his earlier part of his career, he had joined a telecom startup and also worked as telecom consultant in IBM Global Business Services.
