Automated QA

The Automated QA capability of AssistEdge enables you to create robust processes tested against different inputs ensuring that the process works as expected. With this capability you can do end to end process testing. Additionally, this feature is useful when the process is migrated from one environment to another or when the applications used in the process workflow keeps updating.

For every process, you can add multiple test cases and validate their success and failure by making different assertions within a test case. When the process containing the test cases is exported or imported, all the underlying test cases also get exported and imported. 

You must have the Process Tester access enabled to create, update, delete and execute the test cases. This access can be enabled from the Admin Module. 

NOTE:  

  • The QA feature is available for Automation and Load Generator processes only. It is currently not supported for Sign In, Reset and Decision Rule process.
  • Before writing or viewing the test cases, the user should ensure to save the process.
