Delete Item

Delete Item enables you to automatically delete the specified folder or file from your OneDrive application.

Using Delete Item feature

1. Make sure the prerequisites for using Office 365 activities are met.
2. Drag the OneDrive 365 activity and drop it below the OAuth activity inside the Application activity block. The validation error symbol disappears when you select at least one feature from the available list.
   
   

1. In the Access Token list, select the argument holding the access token retrieved using the OAuth activity.
2. In the Feature list, select Delete Item.
3. Click the  (Setting) icon to configure the folder or file path that you want to delete. The Input Configuration screen appears.
   
   
   1. Define all the input parameters as In arguments and output parameters as Out arguments in the Argument bar to make it available for the selection.
      1. Mandatory Options:
         1. In the Item Path list, select the parameter holding the path along with the folder or file name for deleting it. 
   2. You can select the Is Default Value checkbox to set the selected input parameter as the default value.
   3. Click Confirm to save the configuration.
4. The Delete Item feature is configured.
