Error while logging into Admin Module

In case of an error, while logging into the Admin module, the below conditions must be met.

• In case of License error, please make sure a valid license is placed as per the instructions in the Installation guide.
• In case of Windows authentication, the windows user must be present in the Database and an appropriate role must be assigned to the user.
• Validate that the role assigned to the user has required page accesses enabled.
   

Error on accessing two different versions of Admin Module

Access the admin modules in two different instances of the browser.

Component not Running

Post password change IIS server is not working, and the exception is application pool gets disabled, and windows process activation encountered a failure when it started the process to serve the application pool. To rectify this, update the identity as network services in application pool of IIS.
