Product Usage
Product usage data provides information about the end user and their machine, when they use it and for how long, as per as the selected product module such as ACE (AssistEdge Automation Studio), Engage and Enterprise Personal Assistant.
This page is accessible only to users with <Super_Admin > role.
It provides the following information:
- How many people used the application. A single person using different machines is counted as more than one user.
- How many sessions of user activity
- How often certain pages and features of application is used
Accessing the Product Usage
To access the product usage:
Go to User Management > Product Usage and then select the preferred product from the following options:
- ACE (AssistEdge Automation Studio),
- Engage
- Enterprise Personal Assistant
| Name | Description |
| User Id | Displays the User ID of the user who used the product |
| Machine ID | Displays the machine ID of the system through which product is accessed |
| First Login | Displays the first login date and time stamp when the user logged into the product |
| Last Login | Displays the last login date and time stamp when the user logged into the product |
| Sort by | Enables you to sort the data with options such as:
