Decision Workbench

Initial Setup required for Decision Workbench

• Validate if the Control Tower is up and running.

• User should have one of the accesses under “Decision Workbench” to open Decision Workbench.

Request Availability to take Decision

• Only requests for the profiles mapped to the user will be available for the user to take action.
• By default, the past 30 days’ open requests are available on launch. 
• User can use filter to fetch requests of all statuses older than defaulter filter days.

General Error Message on performing Interaction

• Error message on clicking a card
  • Other users might have picked the request before you, try refreshing the home screen.
  • Ensure that Transaction Store (Elastic Search) and Rabbit MQ are up and running.

• Error message on Submit 
  • Validate if Transaction Store (Elastic Search) is running.
  • See Control Tower logs for details.
