Prerequisites

There are certain prerequisites to use the Enterprise Personal Assistant (EPA).

1. Enterprise Personal Assistant (EPA) should be downloaded from the Admin Module. For more information about downloading Enterprise Personal Assistant, see Administrator.
2. You must be a valid EPA user. For more information about Manage Role access, see Administrator.
3. Automation processes which are to be executed by EPA must be deployed by the process designer in the Automation Studio. The profile in which the automation processes are deployed should be mapped with the user who’ll execute the processes. For more information about profile mapping, see Administrator.
