Upgrade Report Dashboard

The new report dashboard needs to be uploaded again to Kibana for Engage and EnterprisePersonalAssistant. Before uploading the new dashboard, take the backup of your existing dashboard.

 

NOTE: 

If you have done any customization, you need to take the backup of your existing dashboard. After completing the steps below, you need to validate and review the customization.

 

  1. Navigate to <UpgradeFolder>\Common and extract ReportDashboard.zip.
  2. Log in to Admin Module.
  3. Go to Reporting > Dashboard.
  4. Select all the dashboards of Engage and EPA and delete the selected dashboards using the Delete dashboard button.
  5. Go to Stack Management > Saved Objects > Import
    • Browse and select KibanaReports.ndjson file from the <Extracted Location>\ReportDashboard\Engage folder.
    • Similarly browse and select KibanaReports.ndjson file from the <Extracted Location>\ReportDashboard\EnterprisePersonalAssistant folder.
  6. Click Import.
