Robotic Process Automation - License Management Module

Refer logs present in <container-base-folder>/data/ControlTower/controltower.log for the current log.

  • License data is not loading, existing notifications are not visible.
    • Verify that the Database is up.
  • If emails are not being sent to the intended recipients, update the SMTP details from AdminUI.
  • For error: “Please Login From Admin”, navigate to Admin module and access the newly added license-admin tab link.
  • Note: The user accessing the portal must have a Super-Admin role.
  • In case of inactivity and data not refreshing automatically, log in to the admin module and verify again.
  • On file upload, in case of the following messages, appropriate actions must be taken.
    • Invalid license file: The file is not received via file generation email and is an invalid .dat file.
    • Duplicate license present in file: The file uploaded contains at least one license that is already uploaded. Contact the license-generation administrator for this error.
    • Expired license present in file: The file uploaded contains at least one license that is expired.
    • License file is invalid. Upload EnterprisePersonalAssistant license with an existing parameter of either number of named or several concurrent users. License of either number of named users or number of concurrent users parameter can be uploaded – not both.

For the above errors, contact the license-generation administrator, for a new/corrected license file.
