License Restrictions

As part of AssistEdge 19.0, the following license restrictions are enforced.

User needs a valid license to login into Admin Portal. This license must be placed at <AssistEdge>\data\license folder with the name “license.dat”. One license will be required per installation.

In case of the  “License File not found” error, verify if the license file is placed at the correct location with the correct name.

In case of “License File is Invalid”, please contact the license administrator.

In case of “License MAC Details are Invalid”, please contact the license administrator.

In case of “License has expired” error, please procure a new valid license.

In case of “An Unexpected Error Occured” error, check control tower logs for error stacktrace.

RPA: (Number of robots restriction/Concurrent Robots):

    1. User needs a valid license to create a new robot. This license must be uploaded to the License manager in the Admin module after logging in. The number of robots allowed to be created is a part of the license. View the license details from the license manager as mentioned earlier.
    2. If the license manager does not load, verify if Control Tower is up using the command ‘ae status controltower’.
    3. In case of “System error occurred” error, verify if Elastic search is up and indices are created properly.
