Errors in Admin module

Error while logging into Admin Module

In case of an error, while logging into the Admin module, the below conditions must be met.

• In case of License error, please make sure a valid license is placed as per the instructions in the Installation guide.
• In case of Windows authentication, the windows user must be present in the Database and an appropriate role must be assigned to the user.
• Validate that the role assigned to the user has required page accesses enabled in the Page Access page under Configurations menu using a super admin account.
