AssistEdge Robotic Process Automation is an end-to-end service for building and implementing RPA. RPA includes several components that helps you through your automation journey.

• Admin Portal: It is a web portal that enables the administrator to configure various aspects of AssistEdge such as create and update users, assign role to the user, control and update system settings and so no. Workflow Service is the service layer that helps the components to access the stored data. It enables them to perform different processes such as user management,automation process management and so on.
• Automation Studio - Automation Studio is the core part of AssistEdge RPA that empowers business users and developers to configure automation processes. The Automation Studio encompass configuration capabilities for number of technology applications.
• Reporting(Kibana): It is used for reporting of the data that is stored in Elasticsearch. It helps to search, view, analyze and project the data in an easy to understand format such as charts, tables and maps.
• Control Tower: It is a web-based administrative and monitoring system to set-up and manage the robots running on remote machines.
• EPA: AssistEdge Enterprise Personal Assistant is the role-based attended automation solution that is triggered by individual employees and managed centrally by CoE/Core team. Users can also provide manual inputs during the automation. 
• Decision Workbench - Decision Workbench enables process SMEs to support digital workers in variety of scenarios such as business decision making, business data review, and exception handling.
