Upgrade Server-Side Components

Follow the below steps to apply the 19.1 patch to the server-side components.

1. Go to the <InstallationDirectory>\AssistEdgeAutomation\scripts. Open command prompt in admin mode.

2. Run the below mentioned command:
   1. For Windows: ae upgrade <Name of folder> command.  For example, if you have renamed the upgrade folder to Releaser191, run ae upgrade Release191 command.
   2. For Linux: ae.sh upgrade <Name of folder> command.  For example, if you have renamed the upgrade folder to Releaser191, run ae.sh upgrade Release191 command.
      
       

      NOTE:

      The folder name you specify in the command should match the folder name created for 19.1 upgrade.

      
      
3. Once the command is executed, it asks you to confirm whether you have already completed the preinstallation steps. Enter Y if you have executed all the steps successfully.
   
   
   
   You receive a confirmation once the upgrade and permissions are updated successfully.
   
   

   NOTE:

   For HA setup, ensure that the patch is applied across all the nodes.
