Physical Security

This section is added to highlight the importance of ensuring physical asset security. It is assumed that physical security policies in a given customer deployment will be as mandated by the Customer Org policies.

1. Physical security of machines running automation should not be compromised under any circumstances. This includes but not limited to restricting access to physical access to IT assets, buildings, campuses, etc.
2. Make sure users of Automation software lock their machines when away, to avoid misuse of the software
3. ODC security related aspects should be taken care by customer. Ensure that the product deployment follows all recommended guidelines for user access and required security controls.
4. It is assumed that the IT security best practices such as Controlled & Audited access to infrastructure running product components, regular audits and scans of provisioned infra components, and so on is taken care of in line with customer policies.
