Getting Started

This section provides step by step instructions  for migrating AssistEdge Engage. The following steps must be carried out in the sequence listed below:

1. Migrate the database using migration workbench utility. See the steps mentioned in Database Migration section.
2. Install AE Engage 3.0. 
    

   NOTE:

   Complete installation of server side components only up to section Verify Server Side Installation in Installation. Performing client-side setup is reverted when TxnStore migration is done.

1. Follow the steps mentioned in Validation after Database Migration and Installation section for server-side components.
2. Migrate the TxnStore data. 
3. Migrate the Reporting data. 
4. Migrate the Kibana/OpenSearch Dashboard. For more details, see the steps mentioned in .
5. Apply the Customization, if any.
