Engage
The Studio tab allows you to edit the default configuration settings for the studio.
To modify the Studio Configuration Settings:
1. Go to Module Configuration > Studio. The Studio Configuration page is displayed.
2. Click the 
to expand the required section. The associated Key and Value fields are displayed. The table below lists the Key description for each settings.
3. Click the 
edit icon of the Key whose value you want to modify.

| Browser Settings | |
| MicrosoftEdgeWithIECompatibility | You can allow multiple or single instance for a driver in Edge with IE compatibility. |
| AddFirefoxExtension | You can specify if Firefox extension is allowed for the PBE process. |
| AddChromeExtension | You can specify if Chrome extension is allowed for the PBE process. |
| PBEChromeExtPath | You can specify the path for setting the Chrome extension path for the PBE process. |
| PBEFirefoxExtPath | You can specify the path for setting the Firefox extension path for the PBE process. |
| AutoTurnOffPopupBlocker | You can specify to turn off the popup blocker automatically. |
| RetryCount | You can specify the maximum retry count value when a web element is not found. |
| WaitBeforeAttachWatinToBrowser | You can specify the wait time in milli seconds before reattaching Watin to the browser. |
| WaitForPopUp | You can specify the wait time in seconds For browser security popup. |
| WindowSizeDelta | You can specify if you want to reduce the window size based on user configuration while docking in SE. |
| AppsNotToDock | You can specify the list of application names separated by comma that are needed to be undocked. This is applicable only for Chrome applications. |
| ChromeForceAccessibility | You can specify if multi window session is allowed, in which more than one Google Chrome instance can be opened simultaneously. |
| EdgeProxyServer | You can specify the proxy server address to be used by the Edge driver to disable the Auto Detect LAN setting. You have to set the value to blank in case you want to allow Detect LAN settings for the Edge browser. |
| EdgeForceAccessibility | You can specify if multi window session is allowed, in which more than one Microsoft Edge can be opened simultaneously. |
| SingleDriverInstance | You can choose to enable or disable the single driver instance for the browser. |
| Chrome | You can allow multiple or single instance for a driver in Google Chrome. |
| Citrix Settings | |
| CtxEnableConsole | You can enable or disable the Citrix console that shows communication between Citrix and local machine. |
| CtxFetchTxnLog | You can enable or disable Citrix transaction logs. |
| IcaClientPath | The local path where the wfcrun32.exe exists. |
| Data Masking Settings | |
| EnableDefaultMasking | You can set the value to true, in case an error occurs while applying configured masking pattern default masking is done. |
| Emulator Based Settings | |
| mainFrameAppSleepTime | You can specify the main frame App sleep time. |
| MaxLengthOfReadToEnd | You can specify maximum length of Read to End. |
| EmulatorDllName | You cans specify the name of the emulator Dll. |
| Engage Settings | |
| EnableScriptDebugging | You can enable or disable the debugging of cs scripts. |
| myPage | You can enable the URL for my page. |
| PythonScriptPath | You can define the path of Python home directory. In case the environment variable PYTHON_HOME is not set, the defined path is used for Python Activity Execution. |
| EncryptionType | You can specify the type of encryption. |
| ShowWorkflow | You can enable or disable this option to show the workflow. |
| QuickSummaryLoad | You can choose to load the summary page before signin activities. |
| EnableMultiLanguage | You can enable or disable multilanguage. |
| ClearSession | You can choose to clear the ongoing session. |
| FloatingWindowHeight | You can specify the height of the dockable content floating window inside the main window tab. |
| FloatingWindowWidth | You can specify the width of the dockable content floating window inside the main window tab. |

| TrackMouseEvents | You can enable or disable the option to track the mouse events. |
| OfflineSE | You can enable or disable the offline SE. |
| GuestUser | You can add the guest user. |
| EETMailReceiverId | You can specify the default user id for receiving Expected execution threshold (EET) notification mail. |
| EETMailFromId | You can specify the default user id for sending EET notification mail. |
| EEMailSubject | You can specify the default subject for sending EET notification mail. |
| EETMailSignature | You can specify the default mail signature for sending EET notification mail. |
| EETActiveFlag | You can choose to enable or disable EET mail. |
| Input Settings | |
| SendKeys | Click to type, this key is being used by windows internally. |
| JavaApp Settings | |
| StepErrorLogged | You can enable or disable to set the error logged step. |
| javaAppMaxLaunchTime | You can specify the maximum time the Java application can take to launch. |
| AutomationWay | Option to attach automation agent with java application. If you are using fire eye service, you need to set the value as JAVA_OPTION. |
| Logs Mail Settings | |
| Port | You can specify the port number for data privacy. |
| Host | You can specify the host name for data privacy. |
| FromMailAddress | You can specify the mails ids separated by commas for sending the logs mail. |
| NumberOfDays | You can specify the logs mail duration in days. |
| Subject | You can specify the default subject for the logs mail. |
| ToEmailIds | You can specify the mails ids separated by commas for receiving the logs mail. |
| Multiple Workspace Settings | |
| SearchInputLength | You can specify the number of characters to be shown on the workspace tab. If you provide the search input value which exceeds this number, then it is trimmed before showing on the SE. The search input value has to be an integer and the default value is 10. |
| WorkspaceMinWidth | You can specify the minimum workspace width. |
| WorkspaceMaxWidth | You can specify the maximum workspace width. |
| Patch Settings | |
| StopPatchNotification | You can enable this setting to stop the auto checking of latest available patches while launching the AE Studio. |
| Process Settings | |
| ResponseTransferTime | You can specify the response transfer time request from Robot to receiver. The default time is 500 milli seconds. |
| StudioAbortTime | You can specify the time to wait till an abort notification is received, it is stopped only if search is in progress. |
| EnableDelayedAppLaunch | You can enable or disable if delayed launch is allowed. |
| ExcelloopValuePre176Behaviour | This value has to enabled for the processes before 17.6 and has an excel loop. |
| ResetTimeInterval | You can specify the reset time out value in milli seconds. |
| ResetRequiredForNMProcess | You can specify the auto reset setting for Non Mandatory Process, the default value is true. |
| IsResetMandatory | You can specify if reset before search is required or not. |
| SearchOnResetFail | You can specify if you like to call the search option even after the reset fails. |
| SearchConfirmation | You can specify if you need popup confirmation on search operation with same search criteria. |
| ResetConfirmation | You can specify if you need popup confirmation on consecutive reset operation. |
| SearchOnProcessLevelResetCompletion | You can specify if you need to start search after the applications involved in process are completely reset. |
| TimerInterval | You can specify the time interval to launch and signin all the applications in milli seconds. |
| ReloadTimerInterval | You can specify the time interval to reload all applications in milli seconds. |
| CallTimeCounter | You can specify the search time out value for all applications in milli seconds. |
| StudioSearchTime | You can specify the time out for each process applications in milli seconds. |
| StudioResetTime | You can specify the time out for each reset process applications in milli seconds. |
| StudioSignInTime | You can specify the time out for each signin process applications in milli seconds. |
| TimerIntervalForPopUpBlockerInMillSec | You can specify the timer for interval value for process popup blocker. The time specified is in milli seconds. |
| SyncSignInWebApps | You can specify the list of application names to be launched and signedin sequentially, separated by comma. |
| Reporting Settings | |
| DisableFeature | You can choose to disable the reporting feature. |
| DisableManual | You can choose to disable manual search activities. |
| Tracking Data Settings | |
| DatabaseRepository | You can set the database repository path. |
| InstanceKey | You can set the instance key. |
| MaxMemorySize | You can set the maximum memory size. |
| DataPushInterval | You can specify the time interval in minutes to push the tracking data files. |
| Web Automation Settings | |
| AllowedOrigin | You can specify the allowed origin for web automation. |
| Windows App Settings | |
| DockPBEWinApp | You can enable or disable the docking for PBE winapp. |
4. Make the necessary changes and click 
Save to save the changes.
