Audit Trail

Activities performed by the user in the Admin module are captured and maintained in the database. This data is queried as and when required from the database. AE_AT_VW_ACTIVITY_AUDIT_INFO captures the audit trail data.

Following is the list of activities captured using the Audit Trail implementation:

Login
Logout
Control Tower tab access
Reporting tab access
License Manager tab access
Configuration Menu changes
User Management Menu changes: menu options
Status changes for sub menus (Configuration menu and User Management)

Data Capturing and Maintaining Record

Additionally, following data is captured and maintained for each record:

USER_NAME: Logged-in User who performed the activity/action
ACTIVITY_TIME: Date and time when the activity was performed
CLIENT_IP_ADDRESS: IP address of the client system
ACTIVITY_DESCRIPTION: Description of the activity performed
STATUS: Status of activity performed (Success/ NA)
ACTION_NAME: Name of the activity/ action performed
