Prerequisites

Before you access the Web Engage application, ensure that the below requirements are met:

You must be an active AssistEdge user with a role assigned which has Web Engage access in the Admin Module. When the access is granted, a mail is sent to you which includes the URL to access Engage.
Your username is mapped to the respective profiles to view them and the associated applications within the Engage application.

NOTE:

For any queries related to role management, username, and profile mapping, contact your system administrator.
The Web Engage URL gets generated once the installation is completed.
