Prerequisites

Before you access the Web Engage application, ensure that the below requirements are met:

  • You must be an active AssistEdge user with a role assigned which has Web Engage access in the Admin Module. When the access is granted, a mail is sent to you which includes the URL to access Engage. 
  • Your username is mapped to the respective profiles to view them and the associated applications within the Engage application. 

 

NOTE:  

For any queries related to role management, username, and profile mapping, contact your system administrator.
The Web Engage URL gets generated once the installation is completed.
