Notesmaker

The Notesmaker capability, as the name indicates helps you to make quick notes while on call.  Context specific canned notes are configured for the process from the Web Admin module.

 

You can select and apply the notes, edit/update the same to make the information complete or relevant. These call notes are then sent to the relevant application.

 

To add quick notes to the customer details dashboard:

  1. Click the Notesmaker icon on the Summary page.
  2. Select the process from the Initiate Search section. As the notes are mapped to a particular process, you need to select the process first in order to view the mapped notes.
  3. Select required notes, and then click ADD TO NOTES.

 

NOTE:  

Once you add the notes from the canned notes, if required, you can edit these notes.

 

  1. Click NEXT.

   

   

These call notes are then reflected on the summary page for the customer.

   

Click SUBMIT. These call notes are sent to the relevant ticketing application in client context as configured on click of SUBMIT button.
