One Click Automation

One Click automation helps you execute customer requests across multiple applications with just one click. Automations of most frequently done tasks are executed with a single click.

1. When you click on Summary page, the following options appear:

• Guided Scripting
• One Click Automation
• Notesmaker

   

   

2. Click One Click Automation icon. There are few out-of-the-box options that are provided. For example: Change Address, Send Vouchers and so on.

Note that these options can be customized as per your requirements.

   

   

3. Click Change Address if there is a request from the customer to change the address. The following screen appears. Make the required changes and click Submit.

   

   

The changes you make here are reflected across all the applications.

4. You can minimize the window by clicking X and expand it by clicking the icons whenever you need to work on it.
